After a solid general grounding in law, Mathilde graduated with a master's degree in Business Law and Intellectual Property Law in Lyon (France). She gained insight into the legal profession by assisting in judicial recovery proceedings and IP prosecution in France. She later specialized as a lawyer in intellectual property with a focus on Asia where she has been based since 2016. Mathilde advises large groups, SMEs, startups and private individuals in their IP strategy by managing, evaluating, protecting and defending their IP rights in Asia and in a worldwide context, notably in the fields of luxury goods, telecommunications, food and beverage, cosmetics, real estate, pharmaceuticals, consumer retail.
