Angela was called to the Singapore Bar in 1988 and has specialized in corporate and intellectual property law since then. She is also a Singapore Registered Patent Agent. Before joining Ravindran Associates, she headed one of Singapore’s top IP practices and was Trade Marks Partner in the Singapore office of an international patent and trademarks group with offices across Europe and Asia.
Angela has served as Singapore trademarks counsel to many internationally renowned MNCs in the food and beverage, apparel, furniture and high-tech industries. Both local and foreign corporate lawyers have turned to Angela for assistance and advice on IP due diligence and sales and acquisitions of IP assets. It remains Angela’s passion to help her clients develop global IP protection strategies and extend exploitation of their IP through joint ventures, licenses or franchises.
