Justi is the Founding Partner of K&K Advocates in Indonesia. He has extensive experience in assisting clients in securing protection for their IP, coordinating anti-counterfeiting and other IP enforcement actions, defending clients’ IP rights through the Indonesian judicial system and advising on commercial IP issues. Justi was actively involved in the recent developments of Indonesia’s Trademark Law, Copyright Law and Patent Law.
Justi’s expertise include intellectual property protection, both prosecution and litigation, as well as privacy law, data protection, online commerce and media and technology related issues.
Justi is the former Chairman of the ‘Association of Intellectual Property Consultants (AKHKI)’ in Indonesia, and is the current Secretary General of the Indonesia Anti-Counterfeiting Society (MIAP) and served as member of the IP Expert Team of the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights from 2012-2016. He has been consistently recognized by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 as one of the leading IP lawyers in Southeast Asia and has been named as a leading practitioner in ‘Asialaw Leading Lawyers’ on several occasions. Justi joined the Helpdesk network of experts in June 2014.
