Rebecca is a dual-qualified intellectual property solicitor and registered trade mark attorney. She covers all aspects of intellectual property including portfolio management, commercialisation and exploitation. Rebecca has considerable experience in managing international IP portfolios including clearance, registration and exploitation and has an excellent understanding of intellectual property issues in Asia having worked in Vietnam and managed anti-counterfeiting actions and portfolio work for international brand owners there. As one of the founding partners of Sipara, Rebecca is a hands-on client partner managing a team of Senior Associates, Associates and Paralegals to ensure the firm’s clients receive a first class total IP service. The UK regulator of patent and trade mark attorneys, the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg), recently appointed Rebecca to the IPReg’s Disciplinary Panel.
