Dan practiced trademark law for more that 20 years in-house, first as Senior Trademark Counsel for SONY Corporation and then as International Trademark Counsel for The COCA-COLA Company. Also, Dan was the Head of the Intellectual Property Practice at Siam Premier International, one of Thailand’s leading law firms, and Dan was a Principal at Spruson & Ferguson.
