Binh is a co-founder, partner of Daitin & Associats, an Intellectual Property Agent in Vietnam handling IP works in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar. Binh’s practices areas include both patent and trademarks, in which he provides advice and support for protection, exploitation and management of IP rights to a wide range of owners (Corporations, SMEs and Individuals).
Together with his extensive knowledge in the fields of Biochemistry and Pharmaceuticals, he also has vast experience working on IP. He supports clients in registration and searches, as well as with the drafting of patent specifications and advising on freedom to operate. He graduated from Hanoi National University (MSc in Biochemistry) and has completed a series of internationally recognised courses in IP fields held by WIPO and the EPO.
