Christine is an IP partner based in Bird & Bird's Shanghai office. Christine has solid experience in handling complex and cross border litigation.  She is an expert on the issue of FRAND resulting from the undertakings given by patent owners to various standard setting organisations as part of their IP policies and advises clients extensively on FRAND's development around the world.  Christine is a member of the expert panel of the China IPR SME Helpdesk since May 2010.  She was recognised as one of the "Top 250 Women in IP" by Managing IP two years running in 2016 & 2017.
