Dan is an IP consultant in ELZABURU, SLP, helping clients on patent, trademark, copyright, technology transfer and other IP related affairs.
She worked as the IP Focal Point in Airbus (Beijing) Engineering Center Company Ltd. for over 4 years, in charge of the operation and management of IP related issues within the company. In 2014, she joined the Magister Lvcentinus IP LL.M Project to extend her knowledge of European and Spanish IP law. After one-year study, she worked in Elzaburu Headquarters in Madrid for 6 months. During this period of time, she had the opportunity to understand IP issues also from a legal professional perspective to complement her experience as a lawyer by working in a large multinational.
Dan obtained her Lawyer License of P.R. China in 2013. She speaks Mandarin, English and Spanish.
