Alec Anderson (Director - KoolMill) talks about his experience with IP Helpdesk services for SMEs

Alec Anderson, Managing Director from Koolmill, attended EUREKA Global Innovation Summit (EGIS 2019) and we talked about his experiences as user of the International IP Helpdesks. The Helpdesks are initiatives of the European Commission, mainly targeting European SMEs and SMEs from COSME associated countries already established at, or working with entities from China, Latin America and South East Asia, as well as the ones with potential trade interests in these countries. Business support and multiplier organizations operating in the regions above mentioned are also targeted.
