The CEC – Business Council of the Centre/CCIC Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Centre, in partnership with the India IP SME Helpdesk, will hold a webinar dedicated to the theme of Intellectual Property Protection in India on April 15, 2026, starting at 10:30 am.
This session is aimed at SMEs, companies and entrepreneurs who export to India or who are interested in internationalizing to the Indian market.
This webinar will include an intervention by an expert of the India IP SME Helpdesk who will present her perspectives on current challenges, emerging opportunities and discuss practical strategies for companies and entrepreneurs to maximize the protection of their intellectual assets in the Indian market, including good practices to deal with legal and cultural issues specific to this country.
