On 10 December 2025, Vietnam's National Assembly adopted significant amendments to the Law on Intellectual Property (Amended IP Law), introducing a number of important updates to the country's intellectual property framework. The amended provisions are scheduled to take effect from 1 April 2026, bringing notable implications for businesses, rights holders, and stakeholders operating in Vietnam.
