Description
Torino Fashion Match is an international B2B matchmaking event focused on the textile, fashion, and creative industries, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, innovation, and international collaboration. Organised by Unioncamere Piemonte and supported by the Turin Chamber of Commerce, the event is part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and its Textile Sector Group, which aims to connect global stakeholders in the fashion and textile sectors to foster partnerships and explore new markets.
The event will take place onsite in Turin, offering a platform for SMEs, startups, designers, retailers, and technology providers to meet, exchange ideas, and explore business opportunities. The agenda includes B2B meetings, expert panels, and thematic sessions covering a wide range of topics such as circular fashion, digital solutions, female entrepreneurship, and internationalization.
The International IP SME Helpdesks will participate in the event to connect with SMEs and raise awareness about intellectual property (IP) protection in key third-country markets, including China, India, Latin America, and South-East Asia. As part of our involvement, we will also deliver a dedicated training session on IP tailored to the needs of businesses in the fashion and textile sectors looking to expand internationally, titled "IP for Growth: Protecting and Scaling Textile SMEs in Global Markets."
This training session will explore how Intellectual Property can be a strategic driver of growth for SMEs in the textile and fashion sectors operating internationally. It will address the most common IP challenges faced across global markets and provide practical guidance on how to identify, protect, and enforce IP rights effectively in key regions.
