The China IP SME Helpdesk, in collaboration with Toy Industries of Europe, is bringing a closed session for EU SMEs doing business in China.

Some topics to be covered include:

• Advice on protecting IP when manufacturing in China (what proactive steps to take, what to look for when contracting factories, etc.)
• What can/should SMEs do if they discover sellers from China violating their IPR?
• As the experts in their own IP, how can SMEs help customs authorities recognize infringements?
