On the 10th of December 2025, EuroCham Myanmar is pleased to host a webinar on “Navigating Trade and IP Challenges in Myanmar: Practical Insights for European Businesses”, organised in collaboration with the South-East Asia IP SME Helpdesk, an initiative of the European Commission.
The session will provide a timely update on Myanmar’s evolving IP landscape, following the full implementation of its four major IP laws — Trademark, Industrial Design, Copyright, and Patent. While these legislative developments represent significant progress, enforcement gaps and the growing issue of counterfeit goods continue to pose challenges. This webinar is designed to equip European businesses with practical insights and guidance to better navigate the opportunities and risks within Myanmar’s IP environment.
