Counterfeiting is a major threat to SMEs because it not only harms revenues, but also seriously damages companies’ reputation and make it much harder to grow in the long run. While China’s dynamic online and offline markets offer opportunities to European SMEs, they add up to the complexity of tackling counterfeiting and protecting business effectively.
Therefore, the EU SME Centre, together with the IP SME Helpdesk and the IPR Working Group of the European Chamber, is glad to invite you to join this free event on Counterfeiting in China’s Online and Offline Markets. We will bring together a keynote speaker and industry representatives to share insights from both regulatory and practical perspectives on counterfeiting, from legal frameworks, enforcement mechanisms to preventive strategies and effective response measures.
