  • DESCA HE 2.1 & DESCA AP 2.0 solutions
  • Specific issues of interest: internal reporting, improper implementation and liability in regard to auxiliary persons
  • Case Studies on high interest topics: Background, Access Rights, Joint Ownership, Software
  • Recently Released version of AP 2.0 for inclusion of Associated Partners
