Description

The China IP SME Helpdesk, in cooperation with the Flemish-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (FCCC) and the EU-China Business Association (ECBA), will host a training on the enforcement of IP rights in China, on 1 July 2025.
During this training, Mr Toby Mak, IP expert of the China IP SME Helpdesk, will elaborate on potential avenues SMEs take in China in case they suffer IP infringement and enforcement of their IP rights in a Chinese court becomes necessary. The webinar will give participating SMEs an overview of what steps they should take once they have gathered sufficient information and decided to take action and enforce their IP rights in China. Topics addressed will include administrative actions, civil litigation, criminal sanctions, and other methods SMEs can refer to in order to successfully enforce their IP rights in a Chinese court.
