BIOFACH is widely regarded as the world’s leading trade fair for organic food. It gathers producers, retailers, innovators and stakeholders from across the global organic value chain to network, showcase products and exchange knowledge and market trends at the exhibition — both in person and via the digital platform.

From 10 to 13 February 2026 the fair will once again open its doors at the Exhibition Centre in Nuremberg (Germany), offering a rich programme of exhibitions, product showcases and a congress covering topics from sustainable farming to market trends and innovation in organic goods.
