Commissioner for Agriculture Janusz Wojciechowski will be visiting Singapore from 14 to 16 July 2022, accompanied by a business delegation of senior representatives from the European agri-food sector. The purpose of this visit is to facilitate European agricultural food and beverage exports and to benefit from the positive outcomes of the EU-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA).
The high-level mission aims to give European producers’ representatives the opportunity to meet not only potential partners from local markets but also representatives of the agri-food sector from the whole region. The mission’s programme will include informative seminars on the characteristics of the local markets and consumer trends, retail and site visits, and networking opportunities.
The flights and hotels costs have to be covered by participants but all business events from the official programme will be offered free of charge.
In this framework of the online preparatory meeting of this High Level Mission for EU business delegates on 29 June 2022 (from 14.00 – 17.00 CEST) via Webex, Mr. Elio De Tullio – External Expert, SEA IP SME Helpdesk & Managing Partner, De Tullio & Partners will represent the Helpdesk to deliver a 25-minutes Presentation exclusively focusing on how to protect your IP in the F&B sector, Case study and Watch-outs/ tips that the EU companies should be aware of when doing business in Singapore.
