For this Halloween special episode, we are bringing you some of the scariest Intellectual Property (IP) horror stories! We have asked our IP network expert Nick Redfearn, to tell us about real IP scenarios gone wrong, how they could have been avoided, and why protecting your intellectual property is crucial, especially in these very attractive but challenging markets like South-East Asia.

Our team supports SMEs in the EU and other countries of the Single Market Programme (SMP) to both protect and enforce their IP rights in or relating to South-East Asian countries.
