IPR in China Seminar

The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) organises a seminar on patenting and IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) in China together with the Association of Finnish Patent Attorneys and the Finnish Association for Corporate Patent Agents.

Seminar topics include:

• IPR challenges encountered by European companies in China
• Experiences on the new Chinese patent law (via teleconferencing)
• Trademark infringements in China
• China IP SME Helpdesk services and overview on current topics in Chinese IPR
• Infringements in China and the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs' services to industry

Please note that this is a presential seminar. Attendance is possible only onsite at PRH.

The China IP SME Helpdesk's Brussels-based Project Manager, Ms Alessandra Capriglia, will participate to introduce the Helpdesk and raise awareness about the free services for Finnish companies. The Helpdesk IP Expert, Mr Thomas Pattloch, will also take part in the discussion, and share a presentation on the current developments in IP in China
