Feria Internacional Industrial de Bogotá (FIB) & ColombiaPlast

The Latin America IP SME Helpdesk will participate in the 2024 editions of the Feria Internacional Industrial de Bogotá (FIB) and its parallel event ColombiaPlast. Both trade fairs are taking place at CORFERIAS Exhibition Center, in Bogotá, Colombia. The team will participate with one representative, to meet with European SMEs and stakeholders, to promote the EU funded services on IP protection & management in Latin America and Colombia.

In 2024, the FIB, organized by CORFERIAS,will be celebrating and commemorating its 70 years of history and will continue to play a leading role in the economic momentum of Colombia, the Latin American Pacific Alliance Region, Central America and the Caribbean by being a platform and engine of economic development in the region that boosts investment, competitiveness and entrepreneurship in a globalized industry. 

ColombiaPlast is the most important meeting for the plastics, rubber, petrochemical and packaging industry in the Andean region, Central America and the Caribbean, organized by Messe Düsseldorf North America, Acoplásticos and Corferias.
Here attendees will find the main solutions for a sustainable industry, with the latest technology in raw materials and supplies, machinery and equipment, production management and process control and maintenance. It will also have spaces dedicated to the consolidation of alliances and business, in order to increase the competitiveness of the sector and the industry in the region.

The main areas and topics covered during the fairs will be:
