Zee Entertainment has filed a lawsuit against Reliance-Disney for copyright infringement

Zee Entertainment Enterprises has initiated legal proceedings against Reliance-Disney alleging copyright infringement. According to Zee, the parties had previously entered into a licensing agreement that authorized Reliance-Disney to use Zee’s musical content. However, Zee contends that the agreement expired and was not renewed, yet Reliance-Disney allegedly continued to exploit the copyrighted content without authorization. As a result, Zee is seeking damages and other appropriate legal remedies for the alleged infringement of its intellectual property rights.
