Update of IP Law in Indonesia: Bill of Industrial Design

The Indonesian government has been pushing for amendments of Industrial Design Law No. 31 of 2000 for years. On December 17, 2019, a Bill of Industrial Design was proposed at the Indonesian House of People's Representatives. This is driven by the need for Industrial Design Law in Indonesia to keep up with the latest innovative developments and international law.
