
Monster Energy, the internationally renowned beverage brand, has initiated legal action against Shree Parvati Fitness Hub, accusing the fitness company of trademark infringement. Monster Energy alleges that the use of terms such as "Monster Series" and "Monster Energy Fuel" for nutritional supplements violates its registered trademarks and trade dress. The beverage giant highlighted its extensive global presence and trademark rights in India, dating back to 2006.
The Delhi Commercial Court has ruled in favour of Monster Energy Company in its trademark infringement case against Shree Parvati Fitness Hub Private Limited. In a significant decision, the court issued an interim injunction prohibiting the defendants from using the "Monster" trademark or similar branding for their food and protein supplements.
