Dhamani Jewels DMCC (“the Applicant”) argued that the IP Adjudicator (the "Adjudicator") has the power to grant a partial opposition. The IP Adjudicator found that even if there may be practical reasons in favour of partial oppositions being granted, an adjudicator does not have the power to do so under the Trade Marks Act.
