SIC Colombia is now aligned with the EUIPO's CP3

The SIC Colombia has analyzed and found points of confluence with the criteria developed within the framework of the Common Communication on the Common Practice of Distinctive Character - Figurative Trademarks that contain descriptive/non-descriptive words.

The publication of this document related to the common practice is the result of the fruitful collaboration between the SIC and the EUIPO, under a set of actions promoted within the framework of bilateral cooperation and the IP Key LA project.
