The Bombay High Court appointed retired Supreme Court Justice RV Raveendran to mediate a ₹5,000 crore trademark dispute between real estate moguls and brothers, Abhishek Lodha and Abhinandan Lodha. Abhishek's firm, Macrotech Developers, is suing Abhinandan's company, House of Abhinandan Lodha, for allegedly breaching a 2017 family settlement by using the "Lodha" trademark in real estate and violating a non-compete clause. Abhishek claims this is creating consumer confusion and seeks damages.
