ON 25 February, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notification regarding relocation of headquarters of the Controller General of Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), along with the Establishment and Finance Division, to New Delhi, with immediate effect. The office which was in Mumbai has now been shifted to Delhi. Read more here.
