Publication Update: Your Guide to IP Management in International Business

The European IP Helpdesk has published an updated edition of Your Guide to IP Management in International Business. This revised version builds on the guide originally developed and published in October 2019. 

Expanding into foreign markets can open important opportunities for businesses, including access to new customers, diversification, talent pools, competitive advantage and foreign investment. However, before venturing abroad, it is vital to protect the intellectual property (IP) assets — such as patents, know-how, trademarks or designs — that are at the core of your company.
