Paraguay joins TMview

Paraguay has joined TMview. On 15 December, Paraguay’s National Directorate of Intellectual Property (DINAPI) and the EUIPO added DINAPI’s trade mark data to the world’s largest free trade mark search database, which now comprises 136 million trade marks from 81 participating offices. 

This is part of the AL-INVEST Verde IPR project, following DINAPI’s earlier integration into TMclass in 2023 and DESIGNclass in 2024. Furthermore, this addition means that all MERCOSUR countries (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay) are now included in TMview, thereby facilitating regional and global trade mark searches and monitoring.
