New Official Fees for Copyright Applications, Certain Patent Actions Announced, to Take Effect 17 Dec. 2024

On 17 December 2024, new official fees will take effect for various intellectual property (IP) matters, as announced by the Indonesian IP Office (DGIP or DJKI). Under the latest update to the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the Ministry of Law as contained in Government Reg. No. 45 Year 2024, the following adjustments will be made.
