
Knowledge valorisation plays a key role for research organisations and universities in EU-13 countries, fostering innovation, driving economic growth, and generating societal impact. European IP Helpdesk team released a new IP Special offering valuable resources and insights on knowledge valorisation, specifically tailored to the context of EU-13 countries.
This package includes two insightful interviews: the first features Kostas Vavekis, a European IP Helpdesk Ambassador, European Patent Attorney, and Director of the Praxi Network in Greece, while the second highlights Hana Kosová, the Director of the Technology Transfer Office at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. Additionally, this Special includes a case study showcasing a Bulgarian start-up specialising in the development of bio-based, industrially compostable laminating films and flexible packaging foils. Lastly, an article exploring the advantages of adopting the guiding principles for knowledge valorisation in the European Research Area, with a special emphasis on EU-13 countries.
