The Latin America IP SME Helpdesk has expanded its collection of practical resources with the publication of four new factographs covering key aspects of intellectual property (IP) across the region. The new publications focus on industrial designs, utility models, Mercosur, and the Andean Community, providing concise overviews tailored to businesses seeking to understand the Latin American IP landscape.

Each factograph highlights recent developments and milestones in the respective area, while also presenting essential information on registration procedures, regional legal frameworks, and practical considerations for protecting intellectual property. The publications also include key statistics and country-specific insights, helping SMEs better understand the opportunities and requirements for protecting their innovations in Latin American markets.

Designed as quick-reference guides, the factographs form part of the Helpdesk’s broader effort to provide accessible, up-to-date information that supports European SMEs in making informed IP decisions when expanding internationally.
