IPOPHL partners with PIA to make IP ‘more felt’ at the grassroots

The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) and the Philippine Information Agency (PIA) signed on Friday a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at creating deeper understanding of intellectual property (IP) and sparking interest at the grassroots level.
