The Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (IPAC) on Wednesday called for stronger national capacity in patents and intellectual property (IP) enforcement, proposing closer cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) to build a pool of patent professionals and better support technology transfer and investment.
