Counterfeit imports into Southeast Asia: Customs strategies for brand owners

In August 2020, research by Nick Redfearn and our Enforcement team was published by the    World Trademark Review (WTR) revealing that exports of counterfeit goods from China are increasingly heading to Southeast Asia at rapid rate.
