The European IP Helpdesk team is excited to announce the "EU-13 Roadshow," a series of onsite events targeting user communities and stakeholders in the EU-13 or Widening countries. The primary objective of the EU-13 Roadshow is to enhance intellectual property (IP) knowledge, stimulate the exchange of best practices and viewpoints among various players in the regional innovation ecosystem and to foster a robust community of practice in the Widening countries.
The Roadshow will feature a mix of training sessions and awareness-raising activities including topics such as IP as business asset, IP commercialisation, From Lab to Market and others, covering needs of local community. This initiative will focus on beneficiaries of EU-funded research, particularly those involved in Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe, EU small and medium enterprises (SMEs) including micro-enterprises and scale-ups, universities and public research organizations collaborating with businesses, and intermediaries and stakeholders in IP/Innovation/Business Advisory Services.
These events will be organised in close collaboration with European IP Helpdesk Ambassadors, regional partners, and other internationally active IP support institutions like European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), International IP SME Helpdesks, and ASTP.
The EU-13 Roadshow plans to conduct six onsite events in 2024 and 2025, starting in October with events in Novi Sad, Serbia on 24th October, and Brno, Czechia on 29th October.
The registrations for both events will be open in September.
