Chinese consumers to shop online rather than offline. It is important, however, to understand that the E-commerce operates differently to Europe in many respects. This workshop is taking place on 15 April 2021 from 09:00-12:00 (Brussels time).

China has rapidly become one of the biggest retail markets in the world and, as a result, it is a magnet for brands from all over the world. The E-commerce is a booming sector representing approximately 35% of the overall retail market. The online shopping offers a completely different customer experience to any physical store and in most cases, it is significantly easier for Chinese consumers to shop online rather than offline. It is important, however, to understand that the E-commerce operates differently to Europe in many respects.

This workshop is taking place on 15 April 2021 from 09:00-12:00 (Brussels time) and is organised by the EU SME Centre, EUROCHAMBRES, the China IP SME Helpdesk in cooperation with the Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce has the objective of giving attendees a well-rounded understanding of the Chinese E-commerce landscape and the cross border e-commerce (CBEC) and how to sell your products online in China.

This session will cover an array of practical aspects and presents best practices, making sure that you can apply the newly gained knowledge in your daily business. By joining the workshop, companies will grasp the latest market trends, practical recommendations and pointers as to which strategy is most suitable for one’s business.
