SIAL Global Food Industry Summit – SIAL Shanghai

The trade fair SIAL Shanghai will be held in the Shanghai New International Expo Center from May 18th to 20th, 2023. With an exhibition area of 180,000 m2, it is expected to attract 4,500 exhibitors and more than 150,000 professionals from all over the world. SIAL is organised by the Comexposium Group which was founded in Paris, France in 1964. Comexposium Group introduced SIAL to China in 2000. After deeply developing in the Chinese food and beverage market for 23 years, SIAL China has established two significant F&B exhibitions: SIAL Shanghai and SIAL Shenzhen. SIAL Shanghai has become "Asia's largest food & beverage show," and SIAL Shenzhen will be branded as "SIAL World Exhibition Interfacing with World Landmarks,"

SIAL Shanghai in 2023 will feature the following Highlight Sectors:
