Attendees will have the chance to see how to avoid potential IPR infringements, protect their brand, understand more the Domain Name-Trademark relationship and have a practical overview of the UDRP proceedings.
About the speaker
Ms. Gergana Dimitrova holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Law from the University of Wales, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of Alicante (Magister Lvcentinvs) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP University. Gergana currently works as a Legal Case Manager at the Internet Dispute Resolution Section of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. Before joining WIPO, she worked in both the public and private sectors, focusing on public policy and on furnishing strategic advice and developing the IP side of businesses, respectively.
