IP Challenges and Strategies for the Indian Market

A joint IP Training session and business networking event is being organized by the Europe-India IP Forum and the India IP SME Helpdesk for a Spanish delegation of companies from the aviation and the defense sector, being accompanied by Extenda (Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia, Spain).  

The event is being co-organised by EBTC and Indversis which supports internationalization of Spanish companies in India. To facilitate such cross-border collaborations, understanding the IP ecosystem and challenges of India is crucial, especially for technology-driven sectors such as aviation. This is crucial to create a smart and effective strategy for market access and bridging gaps in successful cooperation and collaboration.

Considering the same, this special session has been curated with the objective of discussing relevant aspects, technical perspectives of industry experts from India and Europe and IPR strategies. Through the networking session, SMEs will have the opportunity to interact with the IP Expert, India IP SME Helpdesk, to discuss their company specific IP related matters, as well as learn about the services of the Helpdesk which can be beneficial for them.
