The objective of this event is to initiate a discussion on the issue of counterfeiting in India and how European SMEs can properly tackle this thanks to IP protection.
After a special remark from the Embassy of France in India and EUROCHAMBRES, the panel discussion on counterfeiting and brand protection will involve IP representatives from Anand and Anand, K&S Partners and luxury brand Louis Vuitton.
The session will be moderated by IP expert for India, Hana Onderková from the India IP SME Helpdesk. A short Q&A session is scheduled right after.
