Learning objectives:
The goal of this webinar is to deepen the knowledge of intellectual property rights associated with the Agri-food sector exploring the conflicts and synergies among different types of intellectual property rights.
In particular, this webinar will provide a comparative assessment among IP rights including Geographical Indications, Trademarks, Patents and Plant Variety Denominations. In this webinar we will define and compare these different types of IP rights, their object, scope, duration. You will be introduced to some useful databases (including e-Ambrosia, Variety Finder and eSearch Plus) for their comparison and analysis.
There will be a Q&A at the end of the presentations.
