This includes actions preventing and against trademark squatting, NNN/NDA (Non-Use, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Circumvention Agreements), licensing agreements and IP transfers, and e-commerce platform infringement complaints (Tmall, etc.) to name a few.
Fabian has been providing practical support to foreign companies in China since 2010. He supports companies across industries with compliance services including market entry, business cooperation, marketing & sales and HR & finance.
