Trademark Transfer of Bad-Faith Trademark Registration

The SME is a cosmetics company with no trademark currently registered in China. In early 2022, the company was alerted by a local law firm about the company’s trademark being registered by a third party in China. At that time, the period for bringing an opposition against the registration was still open.
