Report on the feasibility and analysis of “Impact Licensing Initiative” (ILI) for technology access during a health crisis

This report presents a sustainable impact licensing model that resolves technology access disruption during an international (health) crisis. It proposes a collaborative and voluntary platform for technology owners, manufacturers and user organizations to guarantee access to essential technologies during such crisis where the interest of every actor is taken in consideration.
