Description
The SME is an Italian family-owned business that produces mineral water and organic soſt drinks. As the world's most populous country, China naturally is one of the world's largest markets for the F&B sector. In recent years, China has also become the world's largest importer of food. The potential, thus, is great, but so are the risks. The SME was aware of the brand piracy and counterfeiting issues in China. As an F&B company, it is very common to have your brand stolen in China, or worse, some other Chinese companies copy and sell the counterfeit products, threatening your market position.
