Description
In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) has become a part of the tools that European and SMP SMEs use every day, from recommendation engines and chatbots to computer vision quality control and generative systems that draft or illustrate content. While global instruments from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and the United Nations (UN) shape a vocabulary for trustworthy AI, binding rules in other regions are arriving at different speeds. Globally, the Intellectual Property (“IP”) baselines are reasonably clear.
