Description
The SME maintains an online mailing service that helps people around the world connect through sending and receiving postcards. The owner contacted the China IP SME Helpdesk back in August 2021, because they had noticed that someone had already registered the trademark in China in September 2020. Unfortunately, at that point, the opposition period had already lapsed.
